1. Meditate, meditate, meditate!

Meditation allows you to be in a frequency whereby you learn to sense other dimensions. When you are busy and focused very much on earthbound routines, it can be very tricky unless you have already spent time developing this connection.

2. Start to feel changes that come and go

You may feel fine one minute, then a little nauseous, or dizzy and then it passes. It can sometimes mean that you have shifted awareness into another dimension and then come back again. If you do feel dizzy, always make sure you sit down or consciously earth yourself. But once you are back in balance always acknowledge the fact that the sensation could indicate that you had shifted dimensions. Giving thoughts and feeling to this fact allows it to become more in your focus, giving the experience a voice and maybe even asking the question, where did I go, what did I do, what caused the shift? When you ask the questions, make sure that you listen for an answer which can come in a myriad of ways. Maybe a symbol, a sound, an image or even an inner speak that tells you the answer to your question. Always write down what you hear and honour the conversation.

3. Daydreaming

Daydreaming allows your focus to shift from one dimension to another and then back again. If this happens, just like you did with the exercises above, make a mental note, to acknowledge that yes, this could have happened and write down any other aspects that come to mind.

4. Earthing here

This might seem counterintuitive but you have to be really present and aware to notice everything. How often have you gone for a walk and noteven looked around? Maybe you were busy talking or even had your head down. Try to be as earthed and as present in any given moment, really taking in everything around you but in a gentle way. Allow all your surroundings to gently arrive within your senses. The more you exercise all your senses: hearing, sight, smell and touch, the more it contributes to the development of your sixth sense.
